Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please ensure keys or access devices are returned as instructed. Late check-out may be possible on request — reach out at least 24 hours in advance and we will confirm based on the schedule.

How many guests can stay?

The R Apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. This reflects the sleeping capacity across both bedrooms and the total space available within the 52m² apartment. Guests beyond this number are not permitted under the house rules.

Is parking available?

Street parking is available in the surrounding streets on Elsässerstrasse and nearby roads, subject to Basel's standard parking regulations. Charges may apply depending on the zone and time of day. We recommend checking the current Basel parking zone maps or using public transport, as the tram connection from the property is excellent.
